Welcome to Appiary, a macOS application designed to help Apple developers manage their App Store Connect accounts more efficiently.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Appiary software and any related materials (“the App”).
By downloading or using Appiary, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
Appiary is a standalone desktop application that interacts with Apple’s App Store Connect API on your behalf using your own API credentials.
Appiary is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
2. License
- You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Appiary on macOS devices you own or control.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute Appiary or any portion of its code.
- You may create and retain backups for personal use only.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your App Store Connect credentials, API keys, and related data.
- Ensuring that your use of Appiary complies with Apple’s Developer Program License Agreement and all applicable laws.
- Any actions taken in your App Store Connect account while using Appiary.
- Appiary provides tools that directly modify your App Store Connect data; please review all changes carefully before submission.
4. Data Handling
- Appiary operates locally on your Mac and communicates directly with Apple’s servers.
- The developer of Appiary does not store, process, or transmit your App Store Connect data or credentials.
- Optional integrations (e.g., DeepL or GitHub) are used only if you enable them.

5. Third-Party Services
Appiary may allow connections to:
- Apple App Store Connect API (to manage app metadata, analytics, etc.)
- DeepL API or similar (for translations)
- GitHub Actions (for workflow automation)
Each third-party service has its own terms and policies, which you must review and accept separately.
6. Intellectual Property
- Appiary, its name, logo, and all associated materials are the property of the developer.
- You retain ownership of all content and data you manage through the App.
- “App Store,” “macOS,” and “Apple Developer” are trademarks of Apple Inc.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Appiary is provided “as is” and “as available.”
No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding functionality, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You assume all risks arising from your use of the App, including data loss or submission errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Appiary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue or data
- App Store Connect rejections or account issues
- API outages or connectivity problems
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
9. Updates and Availability
- The developer may issue updates or discontinue features at any time.
- Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- The App may require specific versions of macOS or access to Apple’s APIs that can change over time.
10. Termination
You may stop using Appiary at any time.
The developer may terminate access to updates or revoke licenses for misuse or breach of these Terms.
