By installing or using the Pastora app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use and remove the app.
3. Service Description
Pastora is a mobile application offering account-based access to digital tools and features. No user-generated content is submitted or hosted through the service. Voluntary donations may be made through supported payment processors; Pastora does not store payment credentials.
4. Eligibility
Use of the service requires legal capacity under applicable local law. The app is not intended for use by children under the age at which they can lawfully consent to data processing.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Shepherdstack LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that compromise security or violate these terms.

The service may be updated, paused, or modified without prior notice. Shepherdstack LLC is not liable for outages, data loss caused by third-party infrastructure, or discontinued features.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and trademarks in Pastora are the property of Shepherdstack LLC or its licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the app in accordance with these terms.
10. Third-Party Services
Pastora uses Firebase for authentication, hosting, and analytics. Your use of the service constitutes acknowledgment that third-party terms (e.g., Firebase/Google) apply to backend processing.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Shepherdstack LLC makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability. No guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose are provided.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shepherdstack LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or inability to access the service.
13. Termination
You may stop using Pastora at any time. Shepherdstack LLC may suspend or terminate access if there is a security risk, policy violation, or legal requirement. Termination results in deletion of associated account data.
